Pear
A pear's texture shifts from hard to soft, and the graininess many dislike can decide whether it is eaten or left. A clear picture lets a child recognise the fruit in advance. See the motif below.

About this visual support
The pear is a fruit with wide variation, and that is exactly what makes it tricky for a child with sensitive senses. A hard pear is crisp and neutral, a ripe one is soft and sweet, and just in between is that graininess some cannot stand. The same fruit can therefore feel completely different from one time to the next, which makes it hard to trust.
Visual support makes the pear recognisable and predictable. When the child sees a picture of the fruit before it is on the plate, they know what is on offer and can settle into the taste. The picture also works as a reminder of fruit on a menu, where the pear gets a fixed place beside other choices and becomes one option among several.
A tip: offer the pear in slices and ideally at the same ripeness each time, so the texture becomes predictable. Knowing what you get makes it easier to dare to taste. In the Routined app you can add the pear to the day's meal schedule together with other fruits and meals, so it becomes a natural part of the routine.
