Vitamins
A vitamin gives nothing back straight away. Nothing tastes better, nothing feels stronger an hour later, and so the habit slips out of the day. The pictures below give the tablet a place of its own in the morning, so it registers even though the body stays quiet.

About this visual support
Almost everything else in a day gives a receipt. Food fills you up, the shower warms you, the toothbrush leaves a clean mouth behind. A vitamin does none of that. The child swallows a small tablet and the day carries on exactly as before, which makes it hard to understand why the same thing has to happen again tomorrow. This is not defiance, it is missing feedback.
So the routine has to carry what the body will not. A visual schedule ties the vitamin to something that already happens every morning, right after breakfast or just before brushing teeth, and shows the three steps: fetch the jar, take one tablet, drink water. Let the child move the picture or tick a box afterwards, and the tick becomes the visible receipt the tablet itself never gives.
If you need a reminder at a set time, the vitamin can sit as its own step in Routined, with a picture and a morning notification.
